Manzo

*Manzo is Italian for 'Beef'. Overturning the notion of a classic 'Steakhouse' via youthful nonchalance and modernist bravado. Clean lines, warm yellow glow, set against the backdrop of dark walnut. This is not a traditional 'Steakhouse', preconceived ideas are meant to be broken through sharing meals. A space that forgoes stiffness in favor of fluidity, a laid back canvas for a young chef constantly on the move. The energy and feel are distinct but the warmth and energy of meat on fire is ever present.
