Our main source of inspiration was simple at its core. We talked with our client about soft hues of pink, general ethos of craft and meticulously handmade things such as marble pattern flooring and metal screen that enveloped the space. Needless to say we knew that the space needed to be as refined as a pastry but as wholesome and simple as the local ingredients used. We would imagine a space that could see families running and out throughout the day picking up pastries in the morning, meeting friends for midday lunch and celebrating milestones at night. It’s beautiful, elegant yet functional because it really is a place for everyone.
